Life Is Good Auto Spa provides professional auto detailing and vehicle care services, including full-service interior and exterior detailing. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and specific needs. We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, operational, or condition-related reasons.
Pricing and Payments
All prices listed are subject to change without notice. Final pricing may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, and service level selected. Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise agreed in writing. Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.
Appointments, Cancellations, and Late Arrivals
To cancel or reschedule an appointment without a fee, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may result in the deposit being retained.
If you arrive more than 30 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, the appointment may be canceled, and you will be billed for the full detailing invoice, as time, staff, and resources have been reserved specifically for your vehicle.
Vehicle Condition and Personal Belongings
Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from their vehicle prior to service. Life Is Good Auto Spa is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
Pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, faded paint, interior wear, or mechanical issues, is not the responsibility of Life Is Good Auto Spa.
Results Disclaimer
While we use professional-grade products and proven techniques, results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition, age, and previous care. Certain stains, odors, or defects may not be fully removable.
Ceramic Coatings and Specialty Services
Ceramic coating, paint protection, and specialty services require proper aftercare to maintain performance and longevity. Life Is Good Auto Spa is not responsible for reduced durability or results due to improper maintenance, environmental exposure, or failure to follow recommended care instructions.
Limitation of Liability
Life Is Good Auto Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
